It's AGM time again.
Thanks very much to those that attended last year.
If you can make it then please do come along. It is always good to hear opinions, ideas and new blood on the commitee is encouraged. So please do put yourself forward for a position.
This years club AGM will be held on Weds 21st April at Totternhoe Cricket Club 19:30
Agenda:
1. Count of attendees. Confirm a quorom is present.
2. A recap of the previous year including; Achievements, Financials, Future plans
3. Resignations - all commitee members to resign
4. Elections
The following posts require volunteers and are mandatory for the club to run:
- Chairman
- Secretary
- Safety Officer
In addition we are very keen to fill the following roles:
- Site Liason (Dunstable/Sharpenhoe and Chinnor and SPHG fields)
- Membership secretary
- Treasurer
- Social secretary
- WebMaster
- Legal (LOA negotiations)
All nominations will require a seconder and will then be voted in (or not) by the members in attendance.
