We have a new PC. We have a new High res cam.

And now we have brand new sensors. All Weather station sensors and the panel have been repalced with brand spanking new ones.

You will see the the weather  graphs, etc are all working now.

A huge thank you to Candy and Mitch (Ithink was her name) of the NT for staying so late, helping with ladders and allowing me to replace all the sesnors.

 

The last task is to reposition the rain sensor which is currently indoors! 

And the new sind sensor is reporting low battery (it seems the 'brand new' batteries supplied with it are not as new as one would hope). So one more ladder journey will be required. in the not too distant.

Also replaced is the ADSL router (as the last (new) one seemed to overheat and hang). If this one locks up too then I will install a timer plug to reset it every morning.

For convenience the ADSL router has been plugged into a seperate plug socket behind the screen so it is easy to access. If the website stops being updated then anybody nearby the NT centre can pop in reach behind the screen and switch off/on the back power adptor.
